The buyer is eligible for a refund of the $199 registration fee for the main delegate under the following conditions:

• Registration has been previously authorized by Bienvenue Québec.
• Registration fees were paid at the time of registration.
• The buyer's profile has been updated on the platform prior to the start of the appointment request selection.
• The delegate agrees to make a minimum of 50 scheduled appointment requests.
• Buyers who arrive late or leave early or who do not respect their appointment schedule are not eligible for the Refund Program – Be there.

This program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

REFUND : If the above conditions are fully met, the Can$199 registration fee will be automatically refunded within 60 days of the event.
