You want to know what receptive and tour operators are looking for when they travel to a touristic trade show ? Are they absolutely looking for novelty, prices, experiences ? What is the most winning attitude for a seller to have in order to make a good impression on buyers? What questions is the buyer most often asked? What questions does the seller doesn’t ask enough? Does the buyer prefer to have access to visual elements presented on screen (Ipad) or a product sheet which he can refer to later? Is it relevant for sellers to present colored cardboard brochures to stand out to the buyer? Is it necessary that the seller presents his prices 3 years beforehand? Is the buyer bothered to be contacted before the event by phone or email for appointment selection? Does the seller absolutely have to complete the time of 8 minutes or is it better to finish a little before to let him breathe a little? All those questions will be addressed in this webinar.

A written cancellation notice sent and received at the Bus Carriers Federation 's office:
10 days or more prior to the webinar will result in a 50% refund of the contract price.
